Covid 19 Safety Notice
With all that is going on with covid 19 we are still available to provide our customers with key services; gas and heating.
This has changed how we operate for some of our services for which we can know provide quotes without a home visit. We take as much information as possible from you along with some images which helps us generate your fixed price quote.
Our engineers will minimise the risk to you and themselves by following any guidelines the government has set out including ;
- Using disposable gloves
- Cleaning ipads with anti-bacterial wipes
- Wearing face masks
- Social distancing where possible
- Electronic invoices
Please note, if you are self-isolating, or suffering symptoms of Covid 19 due to being in contact with a person who has symptoms of Covid 19 we will not be able to attend your property.
